Agron Shele është Nën/Kryetari i Përgjithshëm i Lidhjes “Pegasi”, Kryetari i Degës Përmet, ,anëtar i Lidhjes së Globit “WPS”,pjesmarrës në Kongresin e Lidhjes Shkrimtarëve të Botës,Athinë 2007,pjesmarrësi i Mitingut Poezisë (Gjakovë/Kosovë).

      Agron Shele, ka lindur më 07.10.1972 në Leskaj të Përmetit. Pas mbarimit të shkollës së mesme, vijoi studimet e larta dhe u diplomua në Tiranë. Më pas ka kryer studimet pasuniversitare për gjuhën angleze, informatikë, mbrojtje mjedisi dhe strategji e pergjithshme. Iu dedikua poezisë që në moshë të hershme. Është autor i romaneve “Hapat e Klarës”, “Përtej perdes gri” dhe “Imazhi i rremë”, botime të shtëpisë botuese “Marin Barleti” Tiranë. Është NçKryetar i Lidhjes së Shkrimtarëve “Pegasi”Albania, me qendër  në Gjirokastër dhe  Kryetar i Degës së kësaj Lidhjeje në Përmet. Po kështu  Kryetar i Shoqatës: “Rinia dhe fëmijët” dhe i shoqatës “Mjedisi në komunitet”. Agroni është Anëtar i Lidhjes së Poetëve Bashkohorë (W.P.S), pjesëmarrës dhe i nderuar në Kongresin Ndërkombëtar të zhvilluar Athinë në vitin 2007, ku përfaqësoi Lidhjen e Krijuesve “Pegasi” Albania. Veprimtaria e tij shkrimore po prezantohet në të gjithë simotrat e Lidhjes  Pegasi”. Ai gjithashtu është bashkëautor në Antologjinë poetike “Korsi e hapur”1 me autorë të Lidhjes së Krijuesve “Pegasi” dhe të tjerë, botuar në mars të vitit 2008, ku janë përfshirë rreth 270 autorë shqiptarë dhe nga Bota. Ai po jep një kontribut të madh në fushën e letërsisë, jo vetëm në Përmet, ku është aktualisht edhe Drejtor i Qendrën Kulturore.

Vëllimi “Pasazh pa faj” është vëllimi i tij i parë poetik, por janë botuar në disa vende poezi të tij, të cilat kanë tërhequr vëmendjen.

Është fitues i çmimit të parë në konkursin”PEGASI 2006” dhe “Pegasi 2008”në fushën e romanit.
